TrayApp will keep trying to install when starting up the computer, and I tried to put the disc with orginal software in and use the TrayApp. msi installer, but it said it couldn't use it due to the folder being the wrong one, and it also said it was the wrong verison
If you have downloaded the software from web and if you have installed it then
just click on run and then Type %temp% and hit enter
look for a folder name starting with 7z
open that folder
go to setup folder
go to trayapp folder
and then repair the trayapp.msi file by doing a right click on it and i am sure this will do
I found NO folder starting with 7z
Tray app kept popp[ng up ask cd put dont have it and wont close or canle
Although this is not a complete solution, it will stop the annoyance of the TrayApp message flashing at you, and also the possible disruption to the updating of software. I'm not a computer nerd, but the answer is quite a simple one. From 'Start' select 'Run'; type MSCONFIG and press enter; on the next window you have several tabs, one of which is StartUp - click on that; scroll down the next screen toward the end to find TrayApp - and simply disable it, by clicking on the + sign. Job done.
After going into tha 7z folder ,I don't know where the trayapp file is or which one to right click on
