I have a Norcent LT1720 Monitor Tv when i turn it on it turns off

Yep, get a new monitor.

There are two possibilities for this fault. The first one is with it deflection yoke connection. If this connection have any loose contact at main board side, horizontal sweep pulses will be absent to deflection yoke. Check this plug in connection first. If it is OK, check and replace the CRT connection socket.

check that ur video input on the tv is set correctly. you can do this by turning on ur theater system first , when u get ur sound grab the tv remote and select the tv input button or if u don't have said button try thr tv/video button untill u get a picture. ( this of course a suring that ur video cable is connected ) hope that helps

turn tv on, press the menu button.
look at picture if the lines are in front of the menu problems most likly the display ,if the lines are behind the menu its the vido module

Did you ever get this problem fixed? My tv just started doing this today. I have the same exact one...

check your vga data cable. if you have another lcd just swap with the system and check it whether data cable proble or lcd.

may you do have a defective jungle ic or eeprom

The power will not stays on, it keeps turning off by itself

Norcent lt2720 Power and screen problem turn unit on screen flashes and power still on 5-10 minutes later turn off then on picture comes on leave on picture go's off won't come on until procces repitted.
