We moved and our machine now makes a loud winding sound while in the spin mode. The shipping bolts were used while machine was being moved. Does anyone know the cause? We are not getting an error code.

That's normal should sound like a lear jet engine cranking up load whining sound is that what your hearing mines been doing it for about 9 years high speed spin is 800 rpm let me know if that's not the sound besides the control bd not much there to go wrong

Our machine is brand new, when first used it was quiet. It almost sounds like the motor is straining while it's spinning. I'll have the hubby check the control bed. Thank you for your help.
Yes it's taking all the water out. When it hit sthe spin cycle you can hear the motor. It's very loud. Other than the sound it works fine. No error codes being given. We are now stationed in Japan, so having someone come out to look at it would mostly likely be impossible. Thank you so much.
