You need to use the supplied Sansa Media Converter program to convert your photos (and videos) to a format the Sansa can handle. If you don't have the SMC, you can download the Windows version from http://www.megaupload.com/?d=3IPZO6Q0

I bought my sansa mp3 4gb from radio shake but i don't know how to transfer music from cd or internet to my mp3, I tryed , I instaled the cd to my computer but it didant say any think about how to transfer...

The easiest way is to use Windows Media Player to Sync the songs you would like on it. Plug the MP3 player into the computer, go the the Sync tab of Media player and add songs to the list. When you are done adding to the list simply click Sync.

The other way would be to go under My Computer and open the MP3 contents by right-clicking on Explore and copy and pasting the songs, video, or photos into the right folders. The video will have to go through the Sansa Media Converter first though to be in the correct format.

How we put photo into sansa sandisk?

Hey Bossu-78,

According to information provided by the manufacturer, you should be able load pictures onto your Sansa player by following the steps below:

1) Connect your MP3 player to your computer.

2) Select "Convert using Sansa Media Converter" when the player first establishes a connection.

3) Click on the "Add media" button to select the photos you want to add to your player.

4) The files being transferred should be added to "My Album." You can then click on the album name box and choose the name that you want for that collection of files.

5) Click on the "Convert" button to start the transfer process.

If you're still not sure how to proceed, you may want to check out the manufacturer's website for more information:

Hope this helps you out.

Sincerely,
Aaron

Sansa® e250 MP3 Player 2GB

Once you connect your Sansa® e250, a pop-up should appear on your computer that asks what you want to do with the device. Choose View with Microsoft explorer, it should be the second to last option. From there you should see some folders and some other stuff. choose the PHOTO folder and delete the pictures inside. You should be able to do the opposite to add them. You can simply drag-and-drop the photos into this folder from another as long as they are the same format.
