Your phone may be cooked. Same thing happened to my cell phone. My service provider replaced my phne on the spot, well ... when I got to their store they replaced it without question.
My Motorola Razor cellphone all of a sudden went blank, i took out the battery and put it back in and turned it on, but the keyboard just flashes and the screen stays blank, what do i do?
when you plug in the charger cable to your phone, make sure that you allow it to charge at least 2 hours, if your phone shuts off immediately after this amount of time, you likely need a new battery, they will wear out after a certain number of recharge cycles.. contact your motorola distributer or motorola website to purchase a replacement.
Note do not accept "Non-Motorola Batteries or chargers as these are not guaranteed to provide the proper current necessary to safely recharge your battery, if you notice the battery getting Hot, then disconnect the charger immediately and let it cool, before removing and disposing. Remember it is normal for the battery to be warm to touch while charging or the phone itself is in use. but if it gets hot to the touch this is not normal, and the battery needs replaced..
This issue usually can't be fixed because the software probably went up in the phone. I think your best bet is to visit a repair center or call Sprint to try to get it exchanged.
take the phone back into verizon and have it replaced, seeing that the phone is still under it's warranty.
You could also take it back to verizon and have them reflash the Motorola Q but seeing that it is under warranty, would not just have them give you a new one.
