Its a problem with your graphics card try replacing the card
This has three probable causes:
1.First and the cheapest is the driver for the video card or mother board video bridge may be at fault, and you should look online at the manufacturers web sites for updated drivers, if they are available, update them. Please find the link for the same:
http://driverzone.com/device.php?id=30214
2. Second the video card is failing, and you should be able to replace it fairly cheaply,
3. The third is a memory problem, if the RAM module on *********** board is incompatable, or failing, it can cause this error. To tell if this is the issue, open your machine while powered down, and see the make and modle number on the DIMM modules plugged into *********** board, write this down, and then go to *********** board manufacturers web site and look for *********** board, and see if they recommend memory manufacturers and models of memory. If they don't recommend your memory, I would replace it with some that is recommended.
I would start with the drivers, then the video card then the memory, and if in doubt, replace the memory.
