The cable could be Faulty replace it with a new or known to be working fine .

Wow its so Technical.. its need professional company technician.. or ex company technician..
but its usually chipset error in the board..
Replace the PCB... of the printer

problem occur due to usb data loss
please check your pc usb drivers & use high quality usb cable
or try to reinstall the driver

There could be few reasons for this. One of then is the Printer Spooler that much be corrupted and another would be the actual printer printing drivers

Click on START button and Click on Run
Type the word CMD ( or COMMAND ) and hit enter key
You will find a new black window on screen.
Execute the following commands,
net start spooler ( hit enter key )
net stop spooler ( hit enter key )

follow the same Start and stop command for 4-5 times. End the Command with NET START SPOOLER ( hit enter key )

Disconnect the Printer USB Cable and re-connect.

It should start printing.

I had the same error message printed with the same printer. I solved my problem by printing my PDF document with another program.

Check the USB cable, the best is used a high speed cable 2.0

what is the error on the copier screen. does it copy ok?
