As far as I know, you receive call and text message notifications on the Huawei Band 2 Pro. You can also preview the first couple lines of text from your message.

Answering an Incoming Call When you receive a phone call, the incoming call screen opens. If you have previously saved the caller's number in People , the caller's name and number are displayed. If the caller's number is not saved in People , the caller's number is displayed.
Drag to round circle and phone icon to the right to answer the call.
When ending a call, drag the circle with the phone icon to the left to cancel or end a call.

If you are attempting to program it to tv-2 on a 625 receiver it has to be set to a odd number for example number 7 instead of 2 or 6.
The reason for this is that the 625 receiver only supports band A frequencies for UHF and on a 21.x remote odd numbers are A band and even numbers are B band.
what kind of phone is it? Cell phone? Android or iPhone? What network WiFi are you trying to connect to? If iPhone you need to put your phone in recovery mode, and reset it using iTunes. If it is Android, remove the battery without shutting it off, wait 30 seconds, then re-insert the battery, and power it up. Try to reconnect. If message re-appears, your android phne may be finished.
Sorry, but it can't be done, for at least two reasons. Cellular bands are out of the tuning range of your scanner, and it cannot be modified to receive the cellular frequencies. Virtually all cellular signals are now digital, and the PRO-95 is an analog-only scanner.
The Realistic PRO-2052 is an old (vintage) scanner receiver with fixed
AM and FM modes on the bands it cover, as specified by the U.S. band
allocation. The PRO-2020 covers only the VHF and UHF frequencies and
modes AM and FM is not user selectable. Frequencies can be programmed
into any of the 20 memory channels
U.S. Coverage: (varies from state to state and other countries. We
don't use 30-50 Mhz here in the Philippines for 2 way mobile
communications, except for cordless phones)
30-50 Mhz Lower VHF at FM narrowband only (covers mobile, emergencies, businesses, etc. and
cordless phones)
108-136 Mhz Aircraft band at AM narrowband only
138-174 Mhz Amateur and Commercial band at FM narrowband only (2 meter band)
410-512 MHz Amateur and Commercial band at FM narrowband only (70 cm band)
If you're trying to select AM or FM for a specified frequency, I'm afraid you can't do that as it is not selectable.
If you are trying to program AM Broadcast frequencies (mediumwave (MW)
or FM Broadcast frequencies (FM radio stations), those were not covered
by your PRO-2020's microprocessor. Even if you modify your scanner to
receive those bands, you will not hear radio transmission properly
since the receiver do not decode FM wideband, which is the standard
mode for FM broadcast and Television band.
