Answering an Incoming Call When you receive a phone call, the incoming call screen opens. If you have previously saved the caller's number in People , the caller's name and number are displayed. If the caller's number is not saved in People , the caller's number is displayed.
Drag to round circle and phone icon to the right to answer the call.
When ending a call, drag the circle with the phone icon to the left to cancel or end a call.
Also attache is a manual, check page 25

To unblock your SIM card, you will need to use something called a PUK(Personal Unblocking Key). The phone provider can supply this.

Phones are often locked to a particular network as the network operator subsidises the cost of the device in exchange for network loyalty.

Huawei vision 3lte can only talk or listen when it is on speakerphone. I see a little icon at the top for earphones...Can I turn that off?

Earphones automatically turn on and the internal speaker turns off when a headphone jack is inserted. There is no way to disable this. Sounds like something is either in the jack or it is damaged. Either way the phone needs repair.
