Re: system reboot problem
What kind of phone is it? Cell phone? Android or iPhone? What network WiFi are you trying to connect to? If iPhone you need to put your phone in recovery mode, and reset it using iTunes. If it is Android, remove the battery without shutting it off, wait 30 seconds, then re-insert the battery, and power it up. Try to reconnect. If message re-appears, your android phne may be finished.

If nothing happens, turn off the laptop and insert your Mac OS disk and then reboot while holding down the C key. The computer will load the system on the disc instead of your hard drive. Then instead of reinstalling the system software, look at the top menu and find the Disk Utilities program and run a repair on your hard drive. Then reboot without the disk in the drive.
