Unscrew the bottom,where the brush is.Pull the brush out.The belt rides on the brush and a small wheel .You will see the wheel when you open the vacuum.

have a look at the top cover you shuold have some screws in it remove them and lift off the cover to get to the bottom brushes

The most obvious and first fix would be to clean the filter. The noise is the tip-off. If your vacuum is noisier than usual the most common issue is a clogged filter, hose or bag. Check all of these. UNPLUGGED, use a straightened wire coat hanger to fish out any hoses and entry from the bag or bagless housing.

Foriegn obstruction is the main cause of noise coupled with loss of suction.

check if the hose is clogged or the fan is broken

I'm more specialized in Kenmore vacuums, but I believe there should be 2 screws at the bottom of the vacuum. You will need to remove these 2 screws to be able to remove the bottom cover. Once the bottom cover is removed, you should be able to access the belt and agitator.

You can try thehooverstore.com, or call a repair shop and I am sure they can order for you. Doubt that you will find a (#56511A01)manual tho. The hose part #43434268 and will sell for around $15 to $20. Dusting brush #43414145 $8 to $10. Extentsion tube #38634678 about $5. Furniture nozzle #38614029 about $5. Crevice tool #38617024 about about $5. Hope this helps.
