I have carefully followed the manual instruction for my Casio watch 5161 and feel I have it set properly for 5 alarms, yet the alarms are not sounding. What do you think I have missed? Help!

I agree with emc301 about the downloaded instructions, the instructions for setting the time manually are fairly easy to understand there. I also just purchased a OCW-700, and found the same problem with reception on the East coast. I live in central North Carolina, on the east side of the Appalachian Mtns, and I was beginning to think there was no hope for atomic calibration after three days of failed attempts. Last night however, I charged the watch under a bright light for about 6 hours, then left it sitting on the west side of my house, facing a westward window of course, and it finally received a signal. Also, hate to break it to all of you, but I bought my Japanese version from an ebay store for only $500. It took about a week to get, but the only difference is that the brand name on the face is Oceanus with Casio underneath, instead of just saying Oceanus. Everything else works just like it's supposed to, and it even came with the tool to size it at home.

I have a Casio MTG-900DA-8V watch. I cannot hear the alarm when it goes off. I'm sure the alarm is working because I can see the icon pulsating at the time of the alarm. Can this be fixed? Thank you.

I have a casio sport sea pathfinder spf-40 I cannot find my manual and the alarm keeps going off, one at 12 midnight and one at 7.15am and i cant remember how to turn it off please help ? andy
I had this problem with the Casio 2926 at midnight for many weeks and no matter which buttons I pressed, it carried on.
I solved it on my model, by going into alarm set mode (AL) by toggling button on lower left of watch face. Then using button on lower right, cycle through all (5?) alarm options and also check the tiny screen new the rim at top right of watch face marked with SNZ ALM SIG. If a little black box shows up on this screen, switch off the alarm or snooze, by pressing the button on top right.
Otherwise go to Casio and go through their instructions. The watch is not designed for easy use.
