I solved this problem.
You need to bring your printer to some service, and perform cleanig of the printer's optic instruments, which are most probably coverd with dirt, and printer just can't recognize catridges, and can't give you the best print quality.
Just take it to the people who refill toners, or to some official service, they'll know what to do. I had the same problem as you, and today I can't recognize how better print quality is, and more importan, printer is not asking calibration any more.

Cannon printer error 100000

Error code E#100, ERR 100 or E100-0000 is a laser scanner unit error.

Solution 1:

Turn off the printer, wait 10 minutes, and then turn it on again.

Solution 2:

Flip open the top of the printer.
Look for a small shutter that holds the laser: carefully force this open with your hands and force the laser out into the center of the tracking cradle.
After you move the laser, unplug the printer for a few minutes.
Plug the printer back in.

Solution 3:

If the same error occurs, it's necessary to contact a service representative.

I am facing the problem with my Canon LBP 3310 the error code E000 0000

If trouble-shooting in the Cannon software does not describe the codes and their fixes, go to support at cannon.com. Enter your model number and go to trouble-shooting there. You should find your fix there.
