If nothing else, try directing hot air from a handheld hairdryer into the internal mechanism where the feed dogs are to see if that loosens it up.

Liquid Tri-Flow Synthetic Lube applied a couple drops every place metal rubs on metal (wiggle the handwheel gently and watch where things move). Do NOT oil belts, synthetic parts.
