Restart the computer,
Right after the Toshiba logo appears start tapping the F8 key.
You will get an option to start in Safe Mode.
Select this option and let the computer start in Safe Mode.
If given the option you will want to log in as Administrator.
After you are logged in you will want to go to the Control Panel and then click on the Users link.
Select your account and choose to remove the password.
Reboot the computer and you should be able to access your account.

Yo man Wuz up, I want you to try this 2 things, when the phone is off, hold the power button, and remove the battery while still holding the power button for a few seconds, this should reset ur phone and remove all passwordss.

reset the unit (read your manual link below) if that doesnt work, the digitizer (touch screen) is probably broken.
