I need to reset a LG rumor touch to factory settings. Forgot lock code. Is not last four of phone # or 0000. Is there a programming code to re set it?

If you have forgot the codes for your mobile you can unlock it by using the last four digits of your phone number or four zeros. If these codes are not working you can contact your network service provider to get the unlock codes.
If you need to reset your mobile then press the "Menu" button,from main menu scroll to "Settings/Tools" and select the option by pressing the center "Menu/OK" button.Scroll to "Settings" and select.Scroll and select "More". Scroll to "Security" and press your "Menu/OK" button.Enter in your phone's security code when prompted. Select "Reset/Erase", then "Reset". A warning message will appear. Press the "Menu/OK" button, then highlight and select "Yes" to confirm the reset.

I cant unlock my lg rumour touch , i set a key guard lock and forgot it , last four digits of my phone number and 0000 , they both dont dont work , i need back in my phone asap , please help , thank you ,
