Sounds like the hopper door switch is not locking into place (maybe worn through use) making the machine think that the hopper isn't closed.
2 options, re-align switch closer to the hopper so as to engage when it's closed... or build up the area responsible for activating the switch.
i did the latter on my washer door (similar fault) as it was easier to add some melted plastic with a soldering iron rather than take the whole thing out, turning it over then fiddling with the door switch.
if what you call the hopper is the dispenser drawer then you can get to the switch inside by removing the top/lid (couple of screws on the back, slide top/lid back half inch the lift it off)

The sound become beet? We need a little more detail. Look in the owner's manual and tell us what is error e9.

E10 is a water supply problem first I would check your water lines.. and check the water valves to see if both are open all the way.. next check to see if the screens at the inlets are clear... and last you may need a new water valve in your wather.. let me know if you want to replace it yourself thanks...

Sounds like it's either in demo mode or you changed something when you went into programe mode. Handbook should tell you about how to get in and out of demo mode.

The error message "Err" usually indicates that the wash program and option are not compatible. 40 degrees and 900 rpm Spin should be o.k.. I would try another wash program with no special options and see if the problem goes away.

Replace Water distributor (Dispenser Drawer) then will be Ok
