each keypad to the safe is preprogrammed with one code to unlock sad to say if you forgot the code you may need to have the keypad replaced in order to open it as in requirement to each safe is that each safe keypad MUST come with a code thats preprogrammed to it
There will be a clip on blanking plate which prises off, generally found on the door between the safe opening knob and the keypad, flip the cover off behind it is the key lock/slot.
The Canon safe, if not modified, comes with a digital pushbutton keypad that activates the interior release mechanism. Without exact details (clicks?..buzzes?..beeps?..totally dead?) an answer is hit or miss.
