This is a pretty good quality safe, you may be able to open it with a rare earth puck magnet, remove the contents and replace the safe or repair it. Best to call a locksmith
This appears to be a Gas Station Drop Safe as opposed to a Cell Phone, the category you posted to. All questions should have FULL 'make model (what it is)'.
There is no 'Reset', you can however change the code to a new one.
If you haven't set up a password reset disk or given yourself a hint to remind you of a password then it's most likely a wipe and reinstall. Can you access other accounts that have been setup on the laptop or get into the admin account via safe mode ?
