SOURCE: How do I remove the front bottom panel of my Whirlpool gas dryer

Yahoo! I figured it out on my own. There are two clips on top that are recessed. I had to use a regular screwdriver and push the clips down and pull the panel out at the same time. It was easy after I realized what needed to be done.

SOURCE: removing panel on side by side fridge...

It comes off just like you are doing- it snaps on, so it needs to pop off at those spots first. Please leave feedback.

SOURCE: removing front panel from kenmore elite HE-3 front load washer?

If you've removed the screws and the panel sticks, tapping on each side will knock it loose. The panel should drop down, then off. You can also try propping the two front feet of the washer up slightly for better access. A 2x4 works real well. This will allow more room for the panel to drop and gives better access to the screws. The washer is very heavy, so you may need some assistance to lift the front. Either lift from the bottom, or place your hands on the front facing of the cabinet to push the washer back. DO NOT push on the door or control panel.

If you still need assistance, please let me know. I hope this helps you.

SOURCE: Loud banging/thumping during spin cycle on my kenmore front load

this sounds like this could be the bearings,to check for this, open door and with yourhand lift the inner chrome drum and let it fall then lift again and if you feel a knocking sound and a lot of play in it then its the bearings,i know there should be movement in the drum but this will feel more of a knocking.

Frequent out of balance problem

All front-load washing machines have shock absorbers that are used to dampen the tub movement in the spin cycle. The shock absorbers or struts are attached to the base frame and to the outer tub and you will need to remove the front panel or the rear panel to access them. When shock absorbers weaken or become damaged, the machine will often make a loud banging sound during the spin cycle and if the symptom is not corrected, can lead to damage of other components. Inspect the shocks for signs of broken attachments, leaked fluids or a weakened dampening action and replace both shocks if worn. Remove power from the appliance before attempting this repair.

I have a Whirlpool front loader Model GHW9150PW1.The drum seems to be wobbling real bad and dragging the bottom of the washer, can you help.

First, remove the 2 screws that hold the bottom front kick-plate on and remove the plate. Look to see if any of the shocks have come loose or broke. Post back your results.

Whirpool Duet Washer Model GHW9150PW1 Control Locked

I had the same exact problem, the answer is in the User's Manual for this model Dryer, also here: The Users Manual reads: "TO UNLOCK": Press and hold the END OF CYCLE button for 3 seconds to turn this feature off. I did this and it worked perfectly the first time! My first load is drying now after months of being without the dryer (too busy to investigate!). Good luck.

WHIRLPOOL DUET MODEL GHW9150PW1 doesnt complete wash cycles

FO2 is the code for long drain. The filter on your pump is probably clogged with lint and stuff. You have to remove the bottom front panel, 3 torx screws underneath. The panel will drop and come off. Drain off the excess water from the drain pipe you see. The white filter cover is right in front. Get yourself a good plastic bag to collect water. Unscrew the filter cover and twist the filter out. Clean out all the stuff and put it back in carefully.

Kap, yes I have a manual for your machine. Unfortunately, FixYa has policies in place that forbid me from getting it to you through their website. You can try contacting me using my user name at hotmail, though.
