Question about HP Photosmart C7250 All-In-One Thermal Printer
I installed the HP software to my laptop a few months ago and printed fine for a few months. Then, when I want to print something, it shows the printer is offline, but it isn't. How can I get this to work again without having to uninstall and reinstall the drivers?
Do Add Port in Printer Properties Ports tab and choose Standard TCP/IP. Enter IP address of the printer and follow steps to finish configuration.
Hope this helps!
