I too face similar problem with my G900 touchscreen, no action when I click on left bottom of the screen Call, Save, etc.. on the screen. also handwritting on the screen works very weird. Unfortunately there is no hardware button for these operations at the bottom of the screen. Any solution for this problem is greatly appreciated.

1) Do a full backup 2) Upgrade phone firmware with SE Software Update Service (see their website for download) 3) Calibrate the screen during the startup wizard 4) Restore the backup.

Go to you device manager (right click bottom left corner --> taskmanager) Locate the touch device (probably under Human Interface Devices) Disable the device (right click the device --> disable)
To add an event: 1. Click on calendar app icon2. Click menu button (bottom left below screen) 3. Choose 'Create' (with the + sign) 4. Set time, description, notifications and other data for the event 5. click 'save' (bottom left of screen)
To edit an existing event: 1. Click on calendar app icon2. Go to relevant day, and click on relevant event3. Click menu button (bottom left below screen) 4. Choose 'Edit' (with the pencil icon) - note this option is only for events you have created. 5. Set time, description, notifications and other data for the event 6. click 'save' (bottom left of screen) Good luck!
Alright, i know this is old, but i hope i can help those guys/gals, i recently bought the phone and i had this problem too, i dont know if it will work, but its worth a try, when i tried everything, i started losing hope, but i tried knocking the phone on something soft like a towel or the bed mattress, then it works wonderously, and i heard some people accidentally dropped their phone on the ground etc, and it works like normal again... although i would never recommend dropping the phone on hard surfaces, just try knocking on your bed mattress (do not EVER knock on the metal area, im not responsible for any damages), or put a towel on your lap and knock it few times with the screen face down (of course, just knock slowly, dont put too much pressure...) hope this helps!, and sorry for the long phrase of boringness!
use the myphoneexplorer free software to run the setup wizard in main menu>settings>general. use the L and R buttons on the software after you connect it via usb inphone mode to your computer to run the wizard and then calibrate the touchscreen... it solved the touchscreen problem for me..

This seems like a nasty problem. It seems that you eider have a shredded cable coming from the touchscreen face of the phone going to the motherboard on the phone. If you have skill then go onto eBay and search for "G900 Touch Screen" but it may be quite expensive. Another option would be to bring it to another phone repair shop and let them do the work, again being expensive. Theres no other options Im afraid only to replace the phone for something else in the mean time

THE BEST SOLUTION IS THAT , IF YOU STILL HAVE THE WARRANTY CARD OF YOUR PHONE BETTER GIVE THE PHONE BACK TO THE MANUFACTURER BECAUSE THIS IS A UNIT ERROR...
