My machine will not dispence water in thelarge cup for cappicino

Check your water pressure. Remove the soap dispencer drawer, start machine, look inside the soapdispenser. You should see a good strong even spray of water. If not, the water pressure is low. Check water lines going from watertap to machine. Do you have good pressure at the watertap, but not when you connect hose? Check hose.

Here is a tip that I wrote that will give you some things to try that will helpyou get your Keurig coffee brewer workingagain.

Fill the water tract with the water. For example - swith the steamer to hot water dispence and run water for several seconds (untill it goes smoothly).

Try the cascade new soap they have been changing the ingredents due to state requirments for the water treatment. also make sure spray arms and jet are free from food particles,also clean soap dispencer,If you want run CLR through dish washer no dishes to clean machine.Thanks

once a month bleach machine out and clean out soap and softner dispenser,so lets start cleaning you are going to need a powerful-pool shock and put 1/4 of the bag in the soap area,you well need to let it soak for 24hrs. cause you have mold in every inch of the machine.Now run the machine on cold water.After machine has gone through all cycles.Open door you may need to clean door seal with a old tooth brush,and you may need to lift seal to check underneath.after seals are clean and dispencer is cleaned were dispencer goes make sure its clean as well. after use always keep door open and dry out dispencer after each use.always use a 1/4 of a cup of clorox2 for HE. and clean machine out this should stop ths problem.

check your water filter. If it's past its replace date it may not allow water through.

Check to make sure the litle cups are set in place correctly and also make sure they are not blocked with hard fabric softner. A quick test: pour water directly into the fabric sofnter cup and fill it up,IF it siphons out, you will need a new inlet valve for that unit. The inlet valve has soliniods on it for the bleach & fabric softner.

He is right the Jets are probl stoped up with mold,
you need to take drawer out look to top of machine where water comes into drawer to dispense to your detergetnt, and see if their is mold, if so take squirt bottel full of bleach and squirt it up on the mold and let sit a while and then take tooth brush and scrub off as good as possible, run one cup bleach in machine with out any clothes . on hot cycle. do this 2 times see if this helps .

willl make machine smell better, and never shut door to front loader completly shut, it needs air to dry or else it will mold.

Ok, If you pull out the waste water tray and bean tray, along with the brew unit ( by pushing the lever that says push) turn the brew unit upside down and you will see a layer of waste coffee grinds on a circular metal plate, just rinse it under a cold tap, dry it off and reassemble
Also you may want to try rinsing other parts of the brew unit and give it a general clean if there are any other build-ups of coffee grinds :)
