The error appears after turning the printer on and it takes about one minute to two for the error message to appear. According to what I can see on the screen is that, it fails to prepare the User box and the Copy, Scan and Fax Tabs they become inactive, only the Utility tab is the one that remains active. Your help is appreciate.
Find a local servicing dealer and ask what the error code means...
If they don't know or won't tell you, go somewhere else, even if that means the factory,
When you find someone who does know what it means and is happy to tell you, ask how much it will cost to fix...

Ink System Failure is a Hardware Issue, which indicates that the Ink Delivery system failed to initialize.
I suggest you to perform the below the troubleshooting steps, if it doesnt fixes, then the printer need to be serviced or replaced.
1.Turn OFF the printer, unplug the power cable and the USB from the printer.Then Press and Hold the ON/OFF button for 1 minute and then reconnect the cables and try again.If it doesnt fixes, goto next step.
2.Remove the ink cartridges, Turn the printer OFF and Unplug all the cables from the back of the printer.Connect the Printer directly to the wall outlet.Turn it on and wait until u get a prompt to insert the ink cartridges.If it didnt work, go to step 3.
3.Remove the ink cartridges again and close the access door.Disconnect the power cable while the printer is ON.Now Press and Hold the OK and CANCEL button.While Holding the OK and CANCEL button insert the power cable and continue holding the button until u get a message "NVM Reset" or untill the printer goes OFF.Then release the buttons and press ON/OFF button.
4.If you still get the same error, then the printer needs to be serviced.

E000000-0000
E000 to E004 are all to do with the fixing unit.
It can be reset.
It has been known to be caused by noise on the mains supply so a filter might keep it away.
To reset. Press the star button followed by 2 and 8 at the same time, then the star button again.
You should now be in service mode.
Select COPIER and this will give you some options along the top.
Select FUNCTION.In the list select CLEAR.
From the next list select ERROR and press ok.
Then switch off machine and back on at the power socket.
If it clears then all is ok.
Be warned!! Do not try to change any settings in service mode or clear any other function!! It is very easy to turn the machine into a cabbage.
