Question about LG Heating & Cooling
Error Code: C6 Problem: Inverter compressor run current high
- check [resistance of] compressor windings all equal 1 to 4 ohms
- check [resistance] to earth 50 Mohm minimum
- check run current
I'd also check the motor capacitor(s)
Probably best to explain/print out and give to authorised serviceman

6 - DC Peak Error
• Supplied power is not normal
• Comp Connector (CN-U,V,W) is disconnected or inserted to wrong
• Compressor is damaged (coil short) ? replace compressor
• Too much Refrigerant
• Defect in outdoor pcb assembly ? replace pcb assembly
Try turning power off to external unit, usually resets diagnostics and runs OK. If not PCB external unit likely culprit, replace!
