What to do when internet explorer stops working

Shout at the computer. No seriously just wait and see if it comes back to life. There maybe another or several process running which are making it run slow. Or too may add-ons. Try disabling some add-ons, or try Firefox with the same sites and see how that works for you. Or maybe Google Chrome. I have used both and they are a lot better than Internet Explorer.

Internet explorer has stopped working. a problem caused the program to stop working correctly

Could be a multitude of things without knowing detailed errors, often its to much junk add-ons running in the browser. But I see by the version "8" that your also running an unsupported, non-upgradeable version. You may consider FireFox. https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/

Internet explorer stopped working

Do you get an error message which asks you send or dont send? if yes, delete all the temporary files by clicking on tools menu -> internet options -> general tab -> click delete button -> click delete all.
If there is no message before internet restarts, then uninstall internet explorer 7 from 'add/remove programs and try in ie6. if that does not work then remove ie6 from 'add/remove windows components' and restart computer then check internet explorer in 'add/remove windows components' and restart again. It should work.

Internet Explorer stops working

Greetings my name is Mark and I will be glad to assist you.
When you close out does it give you a message to "close all tabs. If so and you ok it will shut down everything that internet explorer is working on. When I/E is open and you want to close only the screen you are on look at the top of the page and you will see the tabs that are currently open and close them individually from there.
I hope this helps.
Let me know ,Be mucho blessed,
