The oven knob has broken off can i get a replacement. it is a range cookmaster

Just replace it with another new one.

I believe all ovens cook differently i bought a professional davor unit and found things were cooking quicker then they should have. I kind of got use to it. I started using thermometers to keep a check on things. Found out they were cooking 10 minutes sooner. I set my timer 10 minute before and 99 % of the time their done. I had call a dacor technician come in and said there was nothing wrong with the unit.

I would suspect the knob is defective, replace it first.

These are tricky, first remove all burners trivets knobs etc so there is nothing at all left on the glass top then you will need two small screwdrivers gently using them like tyre levers work around the edge and it will usually just lift off, when replacing it make sure that everything is lined up properly.

Bake relais inoperative. Replace clock. ( EOC)

What about the knob. Look close. The knob could be broken.

Check that the oven is sitting level on the floor. If so then the spring may have broken in the lid hinge.

You will need to replace the oven thermostat, part WB20K8
