HELLO! YOU CAN DOWNLOAD THE MANUAL FROM BROTHER.COM. THERE ALSO IS HELP MENU BUILT INTO THE MACHINE THAT WILL PRINT OUT. IT SHOULD BE IN REPORTS AND FOLLOW THE PROMPTS.
It is in the "energy star" compliant mode. This setting can be changed to a number of minutes you select in the settings menu. This info should be in the owners/operators manual, or on the CD that usually comes with the machine.
