You should call the mobile network provider, to get the PUK code. Or, if you still have the original packaging of the sim card, you'll find the code there.The PUK code is a security code, active after 3 unlucky attempts to log on using the pin code.
Give enter to password, in blank, withoul inputting anything. Maybe it accepts it as password.
The other possiblity is that you've been pranked and someone defined a password
Swipe down from the top of the screen to show Quick Settings, and then tap Wireless.
Verify that Airplane Mode is Off.
