It is most likely a bad damper motor. This is where the cool air comes out into the fridge section. On this model it is a fairly common problem and comes a whole assembly. The part # is WR49X10091 and will cost anywhere from $100 to $122. Knowing this model I would bet this is your problem. If the damper is bad and stuck open cold air will just keep blowing in. It is suppose to open and close based on the temp setting. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Wow, so you dropped some money into it, eh? I would take a look at the damper door asslb(DIFFUSER). located at the very top left of your refrigerator section in back. It has a motorized door that opens and close's and it may be stuck open. More than likely it is broken and needs to be replaced. GOODLUCK!!!!
FYI: All your cold air in your refrigerator comes from your freezer!
We need to have a look at the main control board part number WRO2X11838 Tell me if the compressor is running while no cooling or if stopped. Unplug refrigerator and see if the top of compressor is too hot to keep you hand on. My drawing show the control bord in the area of the compressor and inside a box. Let me know if it has burn marks on both sides. Thanks, Let me know, Sea Breeze
