Please don't tell me o rings or bad filter housing, all have been changed with new parts.
Hello Emile;
My name is Peter. I am a retired field service refrigeration technician.
I assume your changed the below component:
At the ends of the plastic tubing are plastic push pull connectors. If the tubing is not properly seated and locked into the connector you will have a leak.
You may also have a crack in the connecting tubing from the water tank.
When you use your water dispenser, the water dispenser solenoid valve allows 65 PSI water pressure into the plastic tubing line, where if you have a bad connector or a crack in the line will cause a leak.
The is a plastic cap on the top of the above component.
1.) Put your fingers behind the above component where the tubing goes into the plastic mounting head. More often than not you can get bad parts
2.) Have someone push the water dispenser lever. Observe if water is running down the plastic tubing or if your fingers are getting wet.
Testimonial: "Hi Peter. Yes I have changed that part twice with new Sears parts. I've also changed three water filter. None of the lines are leaking. The water is leaking from inside the water head down to the top of the filter."

Hello Emile; I think you are not seating the water filter. This sometimes can be hard. It takes a little power. You must line up the water filter. Push up hard and turn 1/4 turn to the right. You will feel the filter go up. May I suggest you have someone else try to put the filer in and strong arm it. The tolerances between the water filter head and the connection head. Ok, lets try something else. You have one hard dry contact surface against another hard dry contact. With some olive oil or similar cooling oil, with your fingers lubricate the top of the water filter and the O-ring. Then, line the water filter up, push up hard and 1/4 turn to the right. I have gone on service calls where the sole purpose was the customer could not get the water filter in. In all cases the problem was the customer did not have enough strength to install the filter. In those cases the customer had a service contract. If you do not have a service contract a service technician is going to charge you $80.00.
