E350 is soft ID PCB Faulty and E355 is counter pcb problem. Have you cleared the code in service, if COPIER>Function>CLEAR>E355-CLR], press the OK key to clear it Thread Error code 355 and 350 in Canon IR 2220i
ts a fuser error and it has to be reset in service mode
To get into service mode.....
Press *
Then 2 & 8 together
Then *
then choose COPIER
then choose FUNCTION
then choose CLEAR
then choose ERROR
then press OK
turn power off and on
if the problem comes back there is a problem with the fuser but in my experiance resetting has worked 99% of the time
This error code is dealing with the laser not being detected by its sensor. Check to see if the tab on the drum hasn't been bent or broken off, this pushes the laser shield out of the way so the laser can write to the drum. Lasers don't usually go out.
