My printer only prints one page, and then the little red zap goes on and a error message reads "Load correct papaer cassette:LTR.
I've checked and cannot find where we go wrong.everything is set for A4 printing, but the printer seems to store the page somewhere, and when you remove the paper tray and push it back in, the light goes off, again prints only the first page and the error message is back on.
Please help.

I think I solved my printer problem: Chang the paper size to LTR in the printer panel. then go to compter printer setup and choose printing preferences and choose page setup and chang the paper size to Letter (LTR) also. hope this is helpful.
I solved this problem by setting both <CASSETE> and <MP TRAY> to A4, and then restarting the printer. Make sure your printer configuration in the Windows Print properties is set to A4 as well.
It is indeed one irritating problem. Other printers automatically detect the paper size I suppose, never came across this issue in any HP printer!

everything is set for A4 printing, there is no A4 in America, only Letter, Legal and 11x 17.
set your's to letter, if you look at your first copy that came out it wil lhave a wide margin on the Right.

I am having the same problem. My settings are all LTR and the paper I have fits into the LTR (is actually A4 sized). I have the error: Load Correct Paper Cassette: LTR. Now in this country we only use A4 .... so how can I get around this please?

I am in USA, I know we use LTR, so I set both the panel as well as cassette LTR, however it keeps get the error:
Load correct paper LTR, cassette A4
Never have such strange problems with other printers.
I am keep getting the load correct paper message. The paper is correct size when I push back the tray it prints one paper and then the same message appear
