Hi, it sound like the lamp are way too low.
This could be, because of the lamp are at that stage of expiring and would need to be replace.

Check with your TV projection dealer and see if this part is available.

I hope this helps.

I have a sony Vega 55" kdf-e55a20, It is 3 years old, and now the picture and sound fade away for 10-15 sec every hour or so and comes back! Anyone knows what the problem is?

Hi,
Lamp is getting weak and TV shuts off and turns on itself because of weak lamp in TV that you see picture and sound fades away for some time until TV reboots.
Replace lamp in TV to solve this issue. Lamp replacement procedure is written in user manual and its an easy work.
Please buy Sony original lamp for your Tv safety.
Thanks.

Sony wega kdf-50we655 went off and thier is a buzzing noise

Anything that sounds like electrical crackling will be coming from either the lamp or lamp driver/ballast boards or their interconnections. The lamp should be examined first as this is the most likely cause.

Tv won't turn on red lights blinking

You are hearing the spark gap mounted on the lamp ballast board. If you can hear that sound, that means everything in the lamp driver circuit is working except the lamp!

Get a new lamp.
