Hi. That's bad news of course. It may be that the color saturation is all the way down, or there is a fault in the TV.
Without remote, you might have a chance, if there is a button on the TV where you choose the +/- function (what is does). Standard is volume +/-. By pressing this extra button, you might get into other
settings. Like contrast, brightness, colour .
When no button with that function is availabel, you should by a replacement remote. Or better, an original one, as most of these replacements have problems getting into setup menu's.

Check the power supply.If you have no output from the power supply try to disconnect the power supply from the other circuits ( such as the IF,audio,video,horizontal,vertical,etc.If the voltage at the power supply comes up when you disconnect a particular circuit then that circuit is loading down the power supply and you would troubleshoot that circuit.If after disconnecting the other circuits and the power supply still shows zero,then you would troubleshoot the power supply.
