Most stackers have a frame which goes around the top of the washer and a lip above which the dryer sits on. If you cant get the correct frame, ive seen Customers who sit the dryer on a towel above the machine and then at the back, use a couple of metal straps that have been screwed into the dryer and top of washer using the original screws that hold the backs on both machines.

This link shows you your tub parts. There are 2 springs and 2 shock absorbers. Those may be bad broken or loose and one other thing to check is make sure the inside drum has not broken off of the spider assembly in the back. An easy way to check that is open the door and grab the front lip of the metal tub and try to move it up and down, you will notice a huge amount of movement if it is broken loose. The videos I posted apply to all front load washers, The first 2 are great on diagnosing and the last one shows whats left of a broken spider gear.

If it is the spider support assembly then you will have to replace the entire inner tub and that is about $400 just in parts.
if the spider gear is gone and it's very loud in the spin cycle buy a new washer,you have to take the whole washer apart,and then take separate the tub,with all the time and money it would be better to replace the washer,if you look inside at the back of the tub,you'll see like a peace sign,that's where the spider gear is.
