I'm afraid your question is too vague. You need to provide specific information about what the product is, the brand, the model, and as much detail as you can give.

P1800s power to the pressure washer. moter does not come on

When the power washer does not turn on, it is either due to no water flow or no electricity going to the power washer. In other words, either a water or electrical problem.
check water flow issue like this
  1. The high pressure hose, spray gun and lance must be connected to the power washer.
  2. The garden hose must be connected to the power washer using the garden hose adapter.
  3. Turn the water completely on at the water faucet.
  4. The power cord should not be plugged in.
  5. Squeeze the trigger on the spray gun.
  6. If there is water flow through the spray gun and lance shooting 10 - 25 feet, this confirms water flow is NOT the problem for the power washer not turning on.
  7. If there is no water flow, perform the following troubleshooting procedures:
    a. Remove the lance, squeeze the trigger. If water flows, the lance is blocked. Use cleaning wire to clean the nozzle tip and try again.
    b. If no water flows with lance removed, turn the water off. Remove the spray gun from the high pressure hose. Turn the water on, if water flows, the gun is the problem. Reattach the gun, turn the water on and squeeze the trigger. Sometimes this unblocks the gun. If not, replace the spray gun.
    c. If no water flow with the gun removed, remove the high pressure hose, turn the water on to make sure there is no blockage in the hose. This is very unlikely but we need to make sure.
    d. If no water flows out of the water outlet, the quick connect garden hose adapter is problem. See Garden Hose Adapter troubleshooting.
  8. For electrical solution check
  9. The power switch was not turned on. Find the power switch and make sure the "-"side of the rocker switch is pushed down. "O" = Off and "¾" = On.
  10. Next, make sure the power cord is plugged directly into an outlet and NOT into an extension cord. The directions do say not to use an extension cord.
  11. Each time the power cord is plugged in to an outlet, the Reset button on the GFCI module must be pressed down to connect to electricity.
  12. Check to see if the Reset button has been pressed.
  13. Next, confirm the small plastic window below the Reset button shows RED in the window. The RED color is not a light but a RED screen that slides into the window when the Reset button is pressed down. Because it is not a light, it can be hard to see in low light. If you are unsure, press the TEST button down. If the GFCI was set and RED was in the window, you will hear and feel a "click."
  14. The RED color must stay in the window once the button is released. This confirms there is electricity going to the power washer.
  15. If the RED color goes away when the Reset button is released, there is NO electricity going to the unit. Try another outlet until the RED stays in the window.
  16. Now if the unit turns ON for a second or two with the Reset button pressed and the power switched on, it is working as it should. All that is left to do at this point is to squeeze the trigger on the spray gun and the power washer will turn on. When the trigger is released, the power washer will turn off. This is due to the Total Stop System (TSS) that only turns the unit on when water is flowing through the power washer. When the trigger is released, water flow stops which the TSS sensed and immediately shuts the unit off. a) So to review, if the Reset button has been pressed and is holding and the power switch is ON, the power washer is supposed to start up for a second or two and immediately shut off. At this point all you need to do is squeeze the trigger; the unit will turn on.

Error code e01

do the following steps: God bless you
To start test program, press and hold both POWER SCRUB PLUS and RINSE & HOLD program buttons, then turn unit on by pressing ON/OFF button. When program buttons are released, lights above them will flash. To end test program, press ON/OFF button. To check program indicator lights (POWER SCRUB PLUS, REGULAR WASH and RINSE & HOLD), press and hold each program button. When REGULAR WASH program button is pressed, CLEAN light also comes on.
To start testing, press both POWER SCRUB PLUS and RINSE & HOLD buttons a second time. When testing has ended and a fault was detected, the following indicator lights will be lit:
POWER SCRUB PLUS = Heater fault
REGULAR WASH = Water filling fault (over or under filling)
RINSE & HOLD = NTC (temperature sensor) fault ? note circulation motor stops shortly after it started during an NTC fault
To check for heater, high limit or flow switch problems, start testing until heating starts. Using a meter with a current coil, measure current going into dishwasher. If current is ~ 11 A, then heater, high limit and flow switch are OK. If current stays at ~ 1.5-2 A, then heater, high limit or flow switch are faulty.
If water level switch (f1) has failed (opened), REGULAR WASH light will come on and unit will continually fill and drain where testing won't be completed. If flow switch (e5) has failed (opened), water won't heat (to 150?F) and water won?t stop circulating. If NTC probe (f2/f4) has failed (opened), RINSE & HOLD light will come on immediately and testing will end shortly after water has started circulating.
If more than one fault occurs, more than one light will be lit.

My issue: watertank is full, when powered, coffee buttons and the left LED are blinking. When I open the steam valve, the pump works for like 5-10 seconds then stops, neither water nor steam come out. Same...

HI
You have a restriction in your flow meter or inlet opening. Usually it's the flow meter. The flow meter is connected to the intake opening on the back of the machine by a silicone hose. The other hose connected to the flow meter goes to the suction side of the pump. The intake side of the flow meter has a small opening and the other side connected to the pump has a large opening. When the pump turns on and everything is clear, the small side of the flow meter creates a jet of water that spins the turbine. This lets the computer know that water is present and turns the heater on. If the turbine doesn't spin the computer thinks the pump is bad and turns the light on for water and keeps the heater from turning on and burning up. You need to clear the small opening in the flow meter.

Water won't drain

To determine if your pump works, before attempting access from the bottom of the top drawer or from the bottom of lower drawer: You can manually pump the water out by doing the following:
1- Press the Power button to turn off the display.
2- Press the Lock button and then the start button the same tim. Hold them until the display showing up.
3- If the display is not clear with all the characters, press power button to see clear the display.
4- The first display is bL, then Er,Ld..dd, FU, P1, P2...by pressing the Start button to go by the sequence until P2 (drain). If you miss, be patient to continue press and release the start button to get back to P2.
5 When is is at P2, press Lock button to tun on the drain. When you hear the water flowing to the drain, you could pull the top drain to see how the water is draining.
6- When the water is out, press the lock button again to stop it.
7-When it is done, press the Power button to get out of manual mode.

If this is working, then your water is there because you are running the bottom and your air gap allow back flow to the top drawer and or you are running the top and your air gap allows a back flow to the bottom drawer.
Please let me know if this is not the case.

Then i did a test with a bowl press the water button while holding the line from the fige side over it but first be sure to take the line apart.
