Soap will not suction into the machine, how do I get it to draw into the water and come out at the wand?
You need to use your black chemical tip if you have a switchable tip system on your wand...if your tip is the big plastic variable nozzle type, it pushes either in or out for low pressure chemical application...also, if you have the variable nozzle...go to a service center and replace it with a Quick disconnect and the switchable tip system...those varinozzles are bad for going bad and not working...Good luck
SOURCE: Gas driven portable pressure washer no longer draws chemicals up
Picks up under low pressure conditions by adjusting wand or changing tip.

After a long none use, I tried to wash my driveway and powered on the washer,it did, but when i tried to engage the power washer by pressing the wand lever, it did not engage. What can I do to get the power washer working?
SOURCE: soap doesn't dispense
There are different tips, In order for the unit to siphon the soap you need to use the tip that is for detergent. Its basically a tip that does not produce a high pressure it's more or less a soaker. Unit won't siphon under pressure. I hope this answer your question please rate the answer if it was helpful. Good Luck and have a great day. Jeff
SOURCE: Cannot draw soap or cleaning
You first must slide the nozzle forward to the low pressure setting for it to inject any detergent. It will only draw the detergent in low pressure mode. If it still will not draw up the detergent, then the injector may be clogged. It must be throughly flushed with clean water for about 2 minutes after each use, otherwise the detergent will clog the injector. First make sure the filter at the end of the hose is clean. Also clean the orifice at the end of the wand to make sure it is not partially clogged which would prevent it from spraying in low pressure mode. The unit came with a tool for this purpose. Even a small piece of debris will prevent it from entering low pressure mode enough for it to siphon the detergent. If none of this works then more than likely there is dry deterrent clogging the check valve. You will have to remove the part where the plastic low pressure injector hose connects to the pump and clean it out, The ball bearing is more than likely stuck.
SOURCE: water is coming out of
there should be a ball check valve in the soap suction hose lets soap in keep water out poke a paper clip in the hole a few times soap will build up there and make the ball valve leak
