Here is a solution for your question:
1. Retrieving for a long time shows that you have low internet connection, so please reinstall your internet
(Roku cant able to receive sufficient network) and once again reconnect your Roku.
2. Even after that issue not fixed means. Please contact your internet service provider.

Please clarify if u r able to surf other websites. Bcoz with ur question i doubt that u r still connected with internet. Are u using wifi or wired broadband?

You might find the date of manufacture on the manufacturer's panel, probably at the back. Otherwise you will have to try contacting the manufacturer direct as I very much doubt anyone on the forum would have that sort of information. It's made up of ordinary guys and gals, probably at home and from all over the world, with experience of addressing problems and giving guidance for free on the web.

Please note that the router WGR614v7 is a cable dsl router and will never handle ADSL connection. For ADSL connnection you need to purchase router model number DG834Gv5.

there may be a problem with the connector that links the camera's cmos sensor to the phone's mainboard. Maybe it goot loose and now it's not making a perfect electrical connection.
Another possible cause can be the phone's firmware. However in both situation you will need to go to a service center to have them fix your phone. It's the safest and easiest way. If you do want that, I can assist you to dissasemble your phone to check the connections yourself but it will pe pretty hard without all the necesary hardware. Please post back for more informations if you need.
