The timimg is normally set by the pints gap, the flywheel and the flywheel key, as you cannot change the flywheel and key position the only adjustment is the points gap, set this between 12 and 15,0000th of an inch

You will need to download a program to use the web cam. Do a search for web cam and you should find one for free.
