Two of the five drawers will not open. The handle release seems to work and the metal of the frame and drawer is not bent. On the opened drawers I noticed that there is a sliding clip on the right side attached to the drawer. It slides up and down into a slot on the rail of the drawer.
The issue is probably a worn out drawer interlock - that is to prevent you from opening more than one drawer at a time so the unit will not tip over on you.
Remove one drawer and check the mechanism (worn out or bent).

You may have to remove the washer top (three phillips screws at the back, then push top back about two inches and lift it off) then drill a hole in the top of the plastic dispenser to allow you to use an object like a screwdriver to maneuver the offending part around so it will drop down and allow you to open the dispenser drawer. Use foil tape to seal hole if you don't want to buy a new dispenser. Clean out blue plastic dispenser parts so detergent will siphon out completely. Pushing down on the center tab at the back of the dispenser should allow you to take the dispenser drawer the remainder of the way out. In the future, make sure you do not use over 1 tablespoon of HE soap (and 1 teaspoon of fabric softner) max per load. Even less if you have 2x or more detergent.

try take the drawer out and clean the inside where the drawer fits into. It may have a build up of soap/softener etc.. then give the drawer itself a good clean including the bottom of the drawer. I have this problem from time to time where there is a build up of soap etc...

remove the lid of the washer. there are 3 torque screws you can either use a t15 or a 7 millimeter. locate the dispenser there are clips on the lid of the dispenser push in and lift up. be careful you will be able to get your drawer open. let me know if you need any more help

As you pull the drawer out there is a small plastic flap clip on the top or the bottom of the drawer that you just have to push down slightly and the drawer will come out. Some models do have these on the sides of the drawer so you may have to pull the drawer firmly to remove it.
