Hi, all you need to do is to go into your voice mail via the voice mail key, once in listen to the prompts until it says ' to assign your no answer greeting'. The prompts give the option to listen and record a greeting, however make sure that you delete the original and record a new greeting other wise the messages play back-to-back! I've posted a video to help you to do this, or visit www.abbeytelecom.com for further advise

Hi I am assuming that your are using the Samsung Voice Mail, if so to change the no answer greeting; enter voicemail, press the Voice Message Key, the pass code will be set in default to 0000. Your mailbox will not function properly until you have put your voice message on. To do this, press option 0, followed by 5 followed by 7. When you have got the message you require press the #. If you regularly change your voicemail message, you must press 3, delete the original message and reset the message followed by the #. have uploaded a video off http://www.abbeytelecom.com which explains Voice-mail in more detail, if you are operating a differant system then I can only suggest that you rafer to the relevant operators manual
