I have a Samsung IDCS 28D and in the Display Area where the station name should appear there is a message that says "BLANK MESSAGE".

I have a Samsung idcs 28d phone. Speaker phone is nice and loud, handset volume is very faint and volume arrow button is set as high as it will go. Is it the HANDSET or the CORD?

It's a handset's speaker.

as a company, good management would be getting in the phone company to sort out communication problems as communication is vital to running a business
Samsung would be only too happy to fix any problems with the phones so the fix that you seek would be to get the technicians in to set up the system as you require it

How do you reset the password on a Samsung iDCS 28D

From the Subscriber Services Menu, Press [#] [7] [1] ....you will then hear the old password XXXXX you will be able to change it...

I have an iDCS 28D phone system with voicemail and someone recorded the company primary greeting somewhere in the system but not in any of the system prompts. I have checked all voicemails in the system...

How do I change the main system voicemail? not a stations voicemail. iDCS 28D I can change a station's voicemail, but our overall system voicemail requires the customer to enter an extension to get to a station VM. Or use a directory by last name that doesn't seem to save our names on it. PLEASE HELP.
