Ipl problem on the sharp xe-a203 - Sharp Computers & Internet

SOURCE: Error IPL on the Cash registar XE-A213

Hi,

remove the Battery. Set the key in the PGM-Position and then plug the power cord.
Wait for the message "No Battery" and insert the batteries (with Poer On).

to get the register to communicate with your vista or to even run the customer support tool software you will need to uninstall, reinstall, right click on the icon on your desktop, choose properties,in the compatibility box put a checkmark in the "Run this program as administrator",
everything should operate normal now with no errors

im several time face to this problem. i think this is common error.
turn on machine

then open the printer cover
open the battery cover
remove battery one by one
then machine display NO BATTERY
then put battery again one by one
then machine goes to the mulfunction.
display ***MRS***
turn off machine and turn on it
didnt came to normal condition press CL KEY.

thats over

but ua data is totaly lost you have to put all your data again

press CL key ,didnt change display,

when power on & remove your batteries one by one
then replace batteries again one by one

display **** MRS *************** and press CL key

then machine came normal condition

but your data is lost.
