remove the Battery. Set the key in the PGM-Position and then plug the power cord. Wait for the message "No Battery" and insert the batteries (with Poer On). HTH Alex

im several time face to this problem. i think this is common error.
turn on machine
then open the printer cover
open the battery cover
remove battery one by one
then machine display NO BATTERY
then put battery again one by one
then machine goes to the mulfunction.
display ***MRS***
turn off machine and turn on it
didnt came to normal condition press CL KEY.
thats over
but ua data is totaly lost you have to put all your data again
