Hot point aquarius super silent washing machine I keep finding huge bolts in the drum after a spin cycle and I have no idea were they have come from and there certainly not something I carry around with me in my pockets so where would they of come from help

If it is a new machine they could be the bolts from shipping. they use them so the drum will not get damaged

no its bout 4 years old this isn't the first time its happened im startin g to get a collection of them now lol should I be worried?

WD640 aquarius super silent won't spin or drain

hi there......most likley cause is a blocked or defective drain pump....if the water cannot get out of your machine due to the faults above it wont rinse drain or spin

I cant find my filter

It is either behind the kick plate at the front or in the pipe on the bottom of the drum which runs to the pump.
This is acessed by removing the panel at the back.

My washe keeps reading either F04 or F05

F04 - Pressure switch jammed on empty while F05 is a blocked filter.
Check that the pump is working o/k, if it seems o/k and it drains o/k, then you have no alternative than to call an engineer.
This really is your only option.

WMA54 Hotpoint Aquarius drum does not turn during wash or spin

Start checking the lid switch, if this is stuck the machine wont start.

If the drum does not move at all, the motor, the motor control unit, the motor coupler, the control board may be faulty.

Washing machine stops mid cycle and lights start flashing

Drain the water by lowering the hose into a bucket or something and then try it on spin, if it spins o/k then you probably have blocked pump or filter.
The filter is located in the large black hose that is fastened to the bottom of the drum, remove and clean.
Hopefully this will solve the problem.

Aquarise + super silent WF 630 1300 spin

to removed test display press and hold start/cancel button for 5 secs. then press on/off and start/cancel together until d-off is displayed then machine will work
