Normal wash cycle is over 2 hours?

Hello there
If your dishwasher's cycle times are too long, check these: Water pre-heating Cycle not completing Water pre-heating Your dishwasher may pre-heat the water. If so, and if the water entering the dishwasher is cool, the heater may take up to half an hour to heat the water. To avoid the wait, increase the incoming water temperature before turning on the dishwasher. Do that by running the kitchen sink faucet until the water runs hot. Or increase the temperature of the hot water to the entire house at the hot water heater. Warning! To lessen the risk of scalding, don't set the hot water heater temperature higher than 120 degrees Fahrenheit.

Our brand new kitchen aid oven will blow hot air for up to a half hour after it has been turned off. This seems unusually long- what is the expected time of cooling off?

Hi,
That depends on the ambient temperature in the room..if your room is fairly warm you can expect it to take longer then if the room is cool...
I would say though that 1/2 hour is pretty normal...it is good to get the unit cooled down, the less time it is warm the longer it will last... heat kills ovens...even though they are made to take heat...

E74 DISTORTION ON MONITOR SCREEN game still playable but a lot of verticle dotted lines

The E74 error is caused by the scaler chip at the back of the console taking too much heat. To fix it you need to stop the heat build up.

You can do this yourself using a good guide that will show you how to fix it with household items or you can send it in and they will fix it for you.

It normally happens before the red lights of doom pop up.

When I turn on PC, half of the left lcd monitor screen is normal and half on the right is solid white. The left side seems to work as usual. Pressing the buttons on the side of the monitor to reset it does...

Could be a loose connection, but this model is notorious for bad capacitors. Replacing capacitors is a pretty easy task, but not for everyone (takes about an hour the first time, and parts cost is usually < $10)

E74 over heating

Lay your xbox 360 on its side don't leave it standing up and don't use intercoolers it only blows dust into your console let it cool down for like an hour or two if that doesn't work don't put a towel over the 360 because if it gets too hot it may set your house on fire so take it back let the people who sold it to you try to fix it or use the warranty on it and get another one or fixed.

Problem with display

It sounds Heat related. As the monitor heats up, it begins going crazy. Maybe unplug and blow out with compressed air.
Hope this gives you some ideas.
