A few minutes back I printed a few pages, then a paper jam occurred in the printer. I opened the printer lid, removed the printer image drum and removed the stuck piece of paper. Then I reinstalled the image drum, closed the lid and started printing again. Then another problem came up, the printer only printed blank pages. I first suspected a driver problem and have tried printing things in different formats, even a printer test page but all turned up blank.
I would suspect that the you didn't get the drum back in properly. There are contacts on the drum casing that need to make contact with the base of the printer. It's possible that either it's not seated properly or that some toner is lodged over the contact preventing a good electrical connection. Try removing the drum again and carefully reinsert.

To clear a paper jam:
1 If you are feeding paper from a tray, remove the tray, and then remove any jams.
2 Open the front cover and remove the print cartridge assembly.
NOTE: Do not leave the print cartridge assembly exposed to direct light for an Extended period of time. Extended light exposure can cause print quality problems.
3 Remove any jams in the area behind the print cartridge assembly.
4 Lift the flap at the front of the printer and remove any jams beneath the flap.
5 Open the rear exit and remove any jams.
6 After you have cleared the jams, reinstall the print cartridge assembly, make sure all printer covers and trays are closed, and then press Continue button to resume printing.
NOTE: The printer reprints the pages that caused the paper jam.
