SAFETY FIRST!!! Keep all heat sources, sparks, and flames away from the work area. Remove either the fuel pump fuse or fuel pump relay. Start the engine a few times to remove the fuel pressure from the fuel filter. Wear safety glasses, have a fire extinguisher available, bring rags, and a drain bucket too. After the fuel pressure is relieved, located the fuel filter on the inside of the driver's side frame rail. In a controlled manner, remove the retaining clips and slowly pull the fuel lines away from the fuel filter. Don't force them. Don't stress them to the point that they may break. Do not kink the fuel lines. After removing the fuel lines. You will notice some fuel leaking out. Use the rags to keep yourself clean. Gas is harsh and can irritate your skin. The fumes can make you nauseous too. work in a well ventilated area. After the old fuel filter is removed from the mount reverse the procedure. Place the new filter into the mount (with the arrow facing in the direction of the flow, towards the front of the truck), Install the new retaining clips that came with the filter, and install them the same way that the old one's were removed (look at them closely, they can snap in two ways but only one way is right). Slide the fuel line back onto the fuel filter (as straight as possible). sliding the fuel line back on, on an angle can damage the o-ring (do not force it back on). After both fuel lines are installed, gently tug on each fuel line. Make sure that they are secure. Reinstall the fuel pump fuse or relay and cycle the key on and off to pressurize the fuel line. Turn the ignition key off and go back to the fuel filter, check for leaks. Start the engine and again check for leaks. Clean up your work area and be careful where you store those rags. Until the gas completely evaporates, they are very flammable. Any questions, please write back.

I have a Singer Futura CE-250 Sewing and Embroidery Machine. I don't have a CD to install the software on my computer. Am I able to download the software?

Do you have computers at work? You must have friends with a Desktop computer? Give them the disc and a USB memory stick. That is the long way around the problem, but you can download it online from the Singer Website :>D

Singer model 1022 needle not picking up bobbin thread

Make sure the correct needle is properly installed. then remove bobbin and rethread it. Reinstall. Work? Good. If not, make sure carriage is correctly installed and the timing is right. The hook should pick up the needle thread about 5 degrees from the needle down point. I recently repaired a machine where the bobbin gear had a set screw that had loosened. this will be under or behind the bobbin, depending on model. Good luck!

2000 isuzu rodeo can gas guage not moving and gas light flashing cause check engine light to come on

You'll need to replace the sending unit, it's only replaced with the fuel pump as an assembly, and mounts inside the fuel tank. The part is readily available at most auto parts stores, but check a few sources as I've seen them anywhere from $140-$380. Not sure about any relationship to your check engine, unfortunately, unless the fuel pressure is very low.

Singer 250 can not run 86 on 64 platform

There is an update to give an x64 driver for the Singer CE-250 that will let you run on an x64. With the sewing machine not connected to the computer, install the software that came with the machine. Click OK at all of the "cannot run x86 build on a 64-bit OS" messages. When it is done, install the software from http://futura-support.com/products/ce-250/software . (The second one is for XP, Vista, and Win7 versions.) Accept the unverified driver (install anyway). After this completes, then connect the sewing machine to the USB port on the computer.

Similar patches exist for the CE-200.

I hope this helps. Please add a comment with the version number of your software. I know with Husqvarna Viking's 3D Embroidery, there are versions that can be upgraded to work with x64 and versions that are not patchable.
