Hi, on the left side of the camera you can set 'audio monitor'. Default is channel 1/2. You can choose to listen to 3/4 or 1/2 and 3/4 simultaneous.
In the menu of the cam you can set between 12 bit audio recording or 16 bit. 16 bit only records on channel 1/2 (the front mic). In 12 bit mode you can record audio on 4 channels.
hope this answers a bit of your question

MAKE SURE WHAT LEVEL IS OUTPUT FROM YOUR WIRELESS, LINE LEVEL OR MIC LEVEL. SET YOUR XLR INPUT TO SAME LEVEL BEFORE YOU ADJUST YOUR RECORD LEVEL. ADJUST SWITCH ON FRONT OF CAMERA NEXT TO XLR. IF NOT SELECT AUTO LEVEL AND IF PROBLEM EXISTS STILL, TAKE IT TO SOMEONE WHO CAN MONITOR THE AUDIO ON AN OSCILLOSCOPE TO CHECK DISTORTION
